Members of the Wainfleet Theatre Club are preparing to take an audience into the land of Oz when it puts on its pantomime from this Saturday, January 19.

The cast will be starring in The Wizard of Oz which will contain all the usual panto fun, with interaction from the audience and lots more.

“The story is very close to the original but it has been very cleverly written to provoke humour and laughter for the whole family - there’s something in it for everyone,” said Anton Willerton, chairman and cast member.

The panto takes place on Saturday at 2.30pm & 7.30pm, Friday 25 at 7.45pm, Saturday 26 at 2.30pm & 7.30pm. Tickets cost £7.50, £6.50 (concessions) on 01754 880273.
