Community Spirit, a fundraising group for local charities, is set to stage a Christmas Ball with a vintage swing band at the Grange and Links Hotel in Sutton on Sea on Saturday, December 8.

Shiny Stockings Swing Band will be playing music for dancing, after a festive buffet supper.

The band is made up of eight members of Lincolnshire’s well know Big Swing Band and will be backed by singer Christine Scott.

Community Spirit were inspired to try another fundraiser after a successful event with the band at the hotel in May this year.
