CBeebies fave to perform in Skegness

CBeebies favourite Sid is all set to bring his mesmerising show to Skegness this weekend.

The children’s TV entertainer will stop off at the Embassy Theatre on Saturday, November 3 at 2pm.

“Join Sid from CBeebies live on stage in a fantastic fun-filled adventure that’ll knock your socks off,” said a spokesperson.

“Sid is setting out on a heroic quest to find out where in the world his favourite socks and shoes have got to.

“Share in the adventure at the bottom of the sea, deep in the jungle or floating in outer space you’ll meet some funny characters and discover plenty of surprises along the way.

“In an interactive experience crammed with games, songs, poems, and magic, Sid’s Show will leave you with a smile on your face and a spring in your step.

“The show is perfect for families with children aged 3-7 years,” they added.

Sid is the last standing original member of the CBeebies cast of presenters and is very well known with children in most households across the UK and Europe.

He is also an international star of the channel, hosting its presentation in South Africa for BBC Worldwide.

Tickets for the show cost £11.50 for adults, £10 for children and £39 for families (two adults and two children, or one adult and three children).

For more information, or to buy tickets, call the Embassy Theatre on 0845 674 0505, visit www.embassytheatre.co.uk or pop into the box office in Grand Parade in person during normal opening hours.
