Big Band to play at charity concert

AN exciting 18-piece big band is set to perform in the Embassy Theatre in Skegness this weekend in aid of charity.

The Good Guys Orchestra will play in aid of Kidney Research UK on Sunday, October 7 at 7.30pm.

“Kidney Research UK brings you The Good Guys Orchestra,” said a spokesperson.

“The Good Guys Orchestra is an exciting 18-piece Big Band fusing the traditional authentic swing era with the now popular musical styles perhaps better known from the likes of Michael Buble and Gordon Goodwin.

“The orchestra consists of some of the region’s finest and most talented instrumentalists, guaranteeing a fabulous evening of musical entertainment.

“Host and compere for the evening is BBC Radio Lincolnshire’s Howard Leader,” they added.

Tickets cost £14.50 or £6 for children.
