Alford’s crafters have come together to hold an alternative to the Alford Christmas Craft Market.
The event has taken place at the end of November for at least thirty years, had to be cancelled this year owing to unforeseen circumstances.
But some of the craftsmen have got together to organise an alternative event which will take place between 10am and 4pm this Saturday and Sunday in the Corn Exchange in Alford Market Place.
There will be 15 stalls selling jewellery, glass, wood turning, Christmas puddings, paintings, cards, pens, soaps, fudge and screen printed silk, pottery, papercraft and more.
There will be some live music on both days, as well as food and refreshments.
