EDITOR - When was the last time a Skegness resident spent any leisure time in Tower Gardens?
When was the last time any investor was able to make such a statement to the seafront at Skegness?

Does Skegness have a future, as I understand that there are objections to the proposed commercial development on South Parade?

Will a road running along the perimeter of Tower Gardens mean the gardens will be policed? Will it mean the end to bottles, cans and needles creating a hazard in the Tower Gardens?

Will it mean another step to Skegness becoming a 12-month resort?

Look at other developments by the same investor, aren't they all reasonable modern buildings with all recognisable services and amenities? Then look at your High Street. Come on Skegness stop being incestuous move onwards and upwards let's develop not stagnate.
