Tuesday, 9.28am - AROUND 100 walkers turned out for a five mile sponsored dog walk in aid of Keith's Rescue Dogs in Skegness.
Some of the rescue dogs from the centre took part in the walk which was a round trip along the beach atarting out at the Natureland Seal Sanctuary.

Keith Smith of Keith's Rescue Dogs said he was pleased with the event but felt numbers were slightly down due to a poor weather forecast for the day.

He said: "It went well and everyone seemed to enjoy it.

"The weather was fine but cold."

Keith would like to thank the organisation's secretary Joan Hardaker and her husband Ben who organised the event.

Sponsorship money is still being collected so it is not yet known how much the walk raised.
