Thursday, 10.15am: INTERNATIONAL Dawn Chorus Day, organised by the Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust, will take place at 4am on Sunday, May 4, at Gibraltar Point, Skegness.
The meeting point will be the visitor centre and the event will begin with a walk around the reserve to enjoy a variety of morning bird song.

Birds which may be heard include the chiffchaff, willow warbler and the black cap.

The walk will finish with a full English breakfast at the visitor centre and participants are advised to wear warm clothing and bring binoculars.

The event costs £6 per person and to book call the Wash Study Centre on 01754 898057.
