TEN YEARS AGO: Ex-Wainfleet pupils gather from across the globe for reunion celebration
More than 130 former pupils of Wainfleet’s Magdalen School gathered at Friskney Village Hall 10 years ago for a reunion party.
Attendees travelled from across the world for the occasion, which was set up after some of the ex-pupils were invited to visit the school last year. That visit had been arranged to mark the last days of some of the old buildings before they were torn down to make room for a modern re-development.
