CHILDREN - The Burgh Baptist Church youth programmes offer weekday fun for all ages.

Impact chills out on Mondays at 6.30pm for year six and upwards, Kings Club meets on Tuesdays at 6pm for reception to year five and Little Treasures, parents and toddlers gather on Thursdays at 1.30pm.

HISTORY - There is a change of programme to the History Group meeting next Monday February 4.

The subject will be the History of the Old Mill and the speaker is Margaret Southward.

Meetings are held in the windmill tea room at 7.30pm.

LINE DANCING - This popular yet informal group lines up for footwork, friendship and fun at Burgh Baptist Church on Wednesdays at 2pm.

MONDAY - Burgh Monday Club members recently travelled to Mansfield for the annual pantomime.

They have some seats available on the coach outing to Little Ponton Snowdrops on Saturday, February 16, leaving Burgh at 9am.

NURSING - Parish Nursing at Burgh Baptist Church is held on Fridays from 10am to 11.45am.

All are welcome to pop in for a check up, support or prayer, with Nurse Mandy and the team (no appointment necessary), or just to enjoy a chat over coffee and scones.

PHOENIX - The Phoenix Group offers support and friendship for those facing loneliness from various circumstances, and prayer is available if desired.

The group also enjoys outings to different venues and guest speakers from time to time.

Meetings are held on Wednesdays from 10.30am to noon at Burgh Baptist Church.

WI - Burgh WI will be in party mood next Wednesday, February 6, as it is the 89th birthday celebration, with music by Eric Swatton.

The evening will include a faith supper and the meeting will take place in the WI Hall at 7pm.
