Spilsby WI enjoy harvest supper
AT the latest meeting of Spilsby WI, members gathered at the Franklin Hall to enjoy a supper and auction.
A delicious annual Harvest Supper was eaten and afterwards, a popular auction was held. Not only did husbands and friends attend this year but also the group welcomed five new members.
Members donated items for the auction, such as vegetables, preserves, pies and three very large marrows. A total of £125 was raised which will be donated to Eresby Hall.
The next meeting will be a social meeting and held at 7pm on November 8.
