FITNESS is going virtual in Alford with the inroduction of Nintendo Wii computers to encourage residents to gein shape.
The computers are being used by students at John Spendluffe Technology College during their PE lessons, and will be available to hire in the evenings and during school holidays from Alford Sports Hall.

Wiis are great for getting people to exercise while having fun playing sports and games through the console.

The best part is it can be enjoyed in the comfort of your own home and it is great for all ages and abilities.

If the programme is successful it could be rolled out across East Lindsey.
