ALFORD Primary School is the proud new owner of a smart new athletics kit of 30 vests and shorts in the school colours of maroon and blue.
The kit was presented to the school by Harry Dewick-Eisele from Alford firm Safelincs at their assembly last Thursday morning.

The kit will be used for athletics events, cross country races and gymnastics, and the vests can be worn on their own, or teamed up with a white t-shirt underneath.

The school has also been given new sports equipment from Unite, the union which represents Finnveden workers.
The netball team play in a kit sponsored by Unite, and they are now top of their league.
