St Mary's Catholic Church in Louth marks 100 years of Fatima
More than 240 churchgoers from all across Lincolnshire turned out to the celebration event that was held at the church.
As a special treat, St Mary’s Catholic Church received a visit from representatives from the apostolate of Fatima who brought with them the official image of Our Lady Fatima in Portugal.

Hide AdThis is the only church in Lincolnshire that the apostolates have visited with the image.
The 100th anniversary marks the blessed Virgin Mary appearing to three shepherds in Fatima.
It was there, that Mary entrusted to them a message for the world; pray for world peace and the c onversion of sinners.
Encharistic Minister for St Mary’s Church in Louth, Myra Boon said: “It was a very happy day overall. The celebrations were very upbeat. It was an honour to have the apostolates of Fatima here with us.”
