Lincolnshire Independents hang on to Cliff Villages seat in NKDC by-election
Polling took place between 7am and 10pm yesterday at six locations throughout the ward and this result retains the Lincolnshire Independents’ share in the council chamber having replaced fellow party member Laura Conway who stepped down two months ago.
The turnout for the by-election was 26.52 per cent, with 1,146 votes cast.

Hide AdThe result was: Daniel Gray (Con) - 372; Cat Mills (Lincs Ind) - 721; Aarron Smith (Lib Dem) - 49.
Coun Mills lives within the ward, in Wellingore.
Leader of the Lincolnshire Independents, Coun Marianne Overton said on Twitter: “Congratulations Lincolnshire Independent Catherine Mills on big win in the Cliff Villages!”
